These terms govern access to VerseAmp. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and activity performed through your account.

Your content

You retain your rights in original material you submit. You grant VerseAmp the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display it solely to operate the requested features.

AI-generated material

AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other material, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review and edit results before publishing or commercial use. VerseAmp does not guarantee that generated material is unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party claims.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass authentication or credit limits, interfere with its operation, access another person’s data, submit unlawful material, or use results to impersonate or deceptively imitate others.

Credits

Credits measure access to Studio Assistant actions. Current beta credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed.

Availability

The beta service may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. We may limit or suspend access necessary to protect users, infrastructure, service providers, or legal rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. VerseAmp disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the beta service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
